Great knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend buying from here. They don’t just push you out the door when buying a used pickup, they stand by your side after the sale. Staff and owner is really knowledgeable and friendly people. Small town dealership that cares about its customers. Thanks again

Unethical. Sold car out from under us.
Sold a car right out from under us. We talked with salesman on Saturday and said we wanted to buy, he said he would talk to owner on Monday about a headlight issue. Monday morning texted us photos and when we said we still wanted it, an hour later he told us it had been sold. TERRIBLE. Incredibly dishonest and frustrating. Do not deal with this dealership if you want honesty and a place that will stick to their word.

Bottom line is we had several people interested in the same vehicle talking to more than one salesperson. This client was not the first one to the conversation, did not get the car and has chosen to hammer us on multiple platforms. We are a small town, family owned dealership and take relationships seriously as you can see in all our other reviews. Gotta love social media...

Great team there. They all work together to make the customer experience top notch! Dan was my sales guy. He wasn’t pushy, he listened to what I wanted and was able to fulfill those needs. Very happy with Groton Ford.
