I was greeted when I first pulled into the service area, then again when I was waiting for Patrick (who was working with another customer) & then a 3rd person offered to help me since Patrick was still busy. The wait for my car flew by & the transaction to complete my appt went so smoothly.

I just had my 2024 crosstrek Subaru serviced at Gresham Subaru. My service advisor was Jesse. Let me say that he was very straight forward and honest. He advised me on things that needed to be done and explained everything. I’m really impressed with Gresham Subaru’s service department especially Jesse. Please pass this on to Jesse as he is a valuable employee to have and Gresham Subaru should be happy to have him working there. Once again job well done and a special shout out to Jesse.

I was welcomed quickly and helped with my appointment. Jesse came and got me in no time at all and explained everything they did. I was surprised when he told me my first service was free. That was a lovely gift. I asked Jesse about future care and he did not hurry my questions or down play my concerns. I would enjoy working with him again.
