I like the way this dealership keeps you working with the same person. I got lucky and was assigned to Patrick. I bought a service package when I bought the car here a couple of years ago. They remind me when to come in, which is really great for me. Patrick seems to have learned my personality a bit, and does a good job of explaining things to me in particular. He is also very helpful about suggesting ways I can spread normal maintenance items across time so is not to bust the budget. I am hoping that when I reached the end of my maintenance package that the dealership will have another good offer so I can keep coming here. It's hard to trust a shop, but I trust this one - just because of Patrick. I see in the reviews there are other effective folks working there, so hopefully these reviews refect a consistently good hiring practice.

Saleh was very helpful, he kept me updated with the progress of the vehicle through recon along with any questions/concerns I had about it. 10/10 would reccomend doing business with them.

I really like that Gresham Subaru sends a in-depth video of your inspection so you know exactly want they are seeing and why they are recommending certain services.
