I like the way this dealership keeps you working with the

I like the way this dealership keeps you working with the same person. I got lucky and was assigned to Patrick. I bought a service package when I bought the car here a couple of years ago. They remind me when to come in, which is really great for me. Patrick seems to have learned my personality a bit, and does a good job of explaining things to me in particular. He is also very helpful about suggesting ways I can spread normal maintenance items across time so is not to bust the budget. I am hoping that when I reached the end of my maintenance package that the dealership will have another good offer so I can keep coming here. It's hard to trust a shop, but I trust this one - just because of Patrick. I see in the reviews there are other effective folks working there, so hopefully these reviews refect a consistently good hiring practice.

Gave me 10k for my trade in.

Gave me 10k for my trade in. Said it had 13000 in repairs needed, yet they are offering it for 20?? Please do your homework!! If it ends in KRR? Don’t buy it!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from Gresham Subaru. As someone who knows the business, these folks were great to work with. Saleh was very helpful, he kept me updated with the progress of the vehicle through recon along with any questions/concerns I had about it. 10/10 would reccomend doing business with them.

Dave who sold me my car was a dream to work with. He understood my hesitancy and stress with buying a new car and “dealing with car salesman” and he couldn’t have been nicer. Patrick at Gresham Subaru was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, informative and beyond helpful. My appointment was smooth and thorough. I really like that Gresham Subaru sends a in-depth video of your inspection so you know exactly want they are seeing and why they are recommending certain services. The price point is slightly higher than other auto shops, but you are paying for quality service and quality parts. Thank you Patrick and Gresham Subaru.
