As a first-time buyer, I was a little nervous, but I felt welcome and at ease as soon as I walked in. I had a few vehicles in mind, and had the privilege of working with Eden, who was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and patient. I ended up buying a great car, but more importantly, I walked away from the buying experience feeling good/positive. I would give my recommendation for Gresham Subaru and its sales team. (And a shoutout to resident Golden Retriever, Taco!)

I had the pleasure of working with Brayden T. at Gresham Subaru. When I brought my Subaru outback to the shop he thoroughly went through the game plan with me on what will be done and clear in his explanations. While waiting on my Subaru Outback, Brayden always checked in and kept me updated on progress. Once my car was done he was really professional answered all my questions in great detail.

Absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy! Any questions we had were answered promptly and while we waited several employees asked if we needed something to drink or a snack.

We had a great experience at Gresham Subaru. Ross our salesman was great! Professional and helpful the whe time. No pressure and we didn't feel like dollar signs.

We purchased a used 2021 Outnack XT Limited with low miles 6/8/26. The sales person who helped us the whole time was Ross. No pressure, no incessant bantering about how great the car is or why we need to buy it. He just answered our questions tactfully and professionally and threw in his Subaru knowledge when needed. We liked the car, and when it came time to talk numbers, he was more of the same. No pressure, no tactics, just the facts and he worked to get the price down some. We were ready to leave and think about it (it was after 10 PM), but we ended up buying the Outback for a good price no thanks to the manager Rami (oh, and a coin toss for the win!). The finance guy Dayimen also helped us, and he was just as professional and efficient with the legalese-financial stuff (shout out to Lance too!). Gresham Subaru worked with our credit union and we got a good rate and the whole process was easy and painless. Overall, Gresham Subaru and the team, Ross, Lance, Rami, and Dayimen get 5 gold stars. They treated us like people not dollar signs.

My experience today at Gresham Subaru Service Department was great, they welcomed me in bright and early at 7am, took less than an hour to do my new Outback’s first check up and service.

Gresham Subaru has a really gray service department. I’ve been taking my car to get serviced there for years and Elvis has always been a great service manager to work with. I recommend bringing your car to Subaru Gresham and work with Elvis.
