Cassidy at Gresham Subaru was extremely helpful. He helped me figure out what was most important to me in a new car, explained all the options and helped me order my Subaru Forester Touring model. Cassidy kept me informed on when my car would arrive and let me know as soon as it came in. Cassidy answered all my questions the afternoon I came in to get the car. In fact, everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Great VIP service from Raymond. He went above and beyond to make my purchase seemless. We all dread the hours of waiting and paperwork, even the haggling. Great Experience! Brayden with the Service Team at Gresham Subaru was amazing! Clear communication from the start and easy to work with! First time experiencing this level of service…I’ve been to other service/dealerships in Oregon (including other Subaru service/dealerships) but by far they surpass them all! Edison in Parts was very helpful and knowledgeable! I do live closer to another Subaru Service/ Dealership, but I plan on making the extra trip just to have the honest and helpful service!
