Great job all around!!! I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback. I worked with Jeddy and Fabian (sales rep), and Sean/Lance (sales and finance managers). Even though I experienced some initial miscommunication about the price of my trade-in, the Subaru team made it right and I walked out the door with a great offer. They were very stress free and easy to work with, and were willing to make concessions where it mattered. I even got to ring the bell when we closed the deal. Thanks Gresham Subaru, for a great buying experience!

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. Used them to facilitate a lease purchase at the end of my lease. Wanted the extended warranty. Was steered into the Gold Certified Pre-used, likely because they got more money out of it. Turns out that it doesn't last anywhere near as long as my previous extended warranties on lease return Subarus. Long time Subaru owner. I will never do business with them again and recommend that you do not, either.
