I’m very satisfied with their after sale service. I was impressed and fully satisfied with Pat Hammond one of Subaru’s staff who entertained me when I brought my car for repair.

Bought my Impresa and hd windows tinted on 22nd of december. Very happy with the service and the fact that I got a loaner for the day.

Pleasant experience w friendly employee, Will, good communication timely completion. Difficulty online maneuver jobs accept/decline . There should be alternative method for those with vision or computer lack of skill.

Buying a car from a dealership is never pleasant, but Cassidy (sales) and Lance (Finance) were very personable and helpful. That said, I have a few tips. When you go in there, I would recommend 1) have your own financing. Although they will offer financing through a bank or credit union, dealerships make a finders fee/percentage off these finance agreements, so you will likely be able to find a better deal if you shop around before hand and cut out the middle man. Learned this late and had to do a quick refinance when I found a much better rate. 2) The price listed online is not the price they will try to put into the price proposal. Our Subaru apparently already had a "ceramic coating" and "pulse technology" installed on it. You would think since it was on the vehicle already and not able to be removed (similar to tires, or doors), these would be included in the price that was listed online. You would be wrong. The dealership attempted to add the costs of those things onto the price once we decided to purchase. And they will say "sorry we can't remove those from the car so there is nothing we can do and you'll have to pay the extra $2000+". This is just a negotiating ploy and you can negotiate those away or walk away. Just be prepared for it. Honestly, I talked to two friends of mine that recently purchased vehicles from other dealerships and this seems to be par for the course now and not specific to this dealership. Ultimately, this dealership has friendly people and it really does have good deals on their cars if you can avoid the add-on negotiating tactics. They also were very good about getting us out pretty quickly. Cassidy and Lance saved this from being a three star rating, which is what I would rate the average dealership experience. I would recommend it as much as I would recommend any other dealership.

I’ve heard many good things about Gresham Subaru over the years, but I finally got to experience them myself. Everyone who works there is so kind & knows their stuff.

Arrived at Greshem late in the day from out of town. They were able to immediately diagnose the problem, put me in a loaner vehicle, and resolve the problem by midday the next day. Very friendly service. I feel very fortunate that my Subaru acted up near this dealership.

Cassidy at Gresham Subaru was extremely helpful. He helped me figure out what was most important to me in a new car, explained all the options and helped me order my Subaru Forester Touring model. Cassidy kept me informed on when my car would arrive and let me know as soon as it came in. Cassidy answered all my questions the afternoon I came in to get the car. In fact, everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Great VIP service from Raymond. He went above and beyond to make my purchase seemless. We all dread the hours of waiting and paperwork, even the haggling. Raymond and the team was very sensitive with my time and offered me a fair trade-in value. No hidden motives and honest straightforward communication. Definitely recommend.

Always the most warm and welcoming service people, Patrick especially standing out there. No complaints about the work, but its that care and consideration that keeps me coming back.
