XC90 Lease - Easy, quick, and professional

Easy, low-pressure buying experience. Clean facility with friendly people. There was even a little kids play area, which was great for me and my 11 month old son to hang out in while the wife went on a test drive. We slept on the car for a few days and during that time, no hard-sell or pushy communications. Really, a simple, smooth process.

Dr. Wallace Evans and Myrna Evans

May4, 2018, day of purchase of new 2018 XC-60 Volvo at Jim Fisher Volvo Dealership, Portland, OR Jim Fisher, Jane Fisher, Jane Fisher, Michael Jacobs and the other staff were very personable in with every car issue or non-issues that we discussed. I am impressed over the other 8 dealerships that I have dealt with since 1969, and our first Volvo 1969 144S purchased new in Glendale, IL just as Myrna and I were getting married. The new Volvo (V0lvo 2018 XC-60 Momentum)that we purchased on Friday, May 4, 2018,at Jim Fisher's Volvo in Portland, OR, is beyond our expectations. The technology is impressive. My hat is off to the Volvo engineering and design personnel. Yeh!

Great Service but Noisey

The service technician was polite, listened and was very helpful with our concerns. However, the service room is very noisy. Get past that and it was an excellent experience.

Almost always a pleasure.

The service department tries very hard and I appreciate it. They got my phone to connect with Bluetooth, I had tried a few times and failed.

They're the best!

My service coordinator, Nick Tsytsyn, always makes me feel like a VIP and this service visit was no exception. I appreciate the level of care, concern and professionalism. It's truly like no other auto service department I know of.

Exceptional Service, Exceptional Staff

I was hearing a strange noise in the right, front tire area of my 2010 XC 60. My Service Advisor at Jim Fisher Volvo, Nick, drove with me to identify the noise. He suggested a cause, and his assessment was correct. All it needed was a simple adjustment and I was on my way, at no cost!

Great dealership

Even though there is a Volvo dealer in my town, and one 45 minutes away, I travel two hours to get to Jim Fisher. I got a great deal on my car. When I get it serviced The work is done correctly and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off. Even if it's just an oil change I'll drive the two hours.
