Frustrating body shop repair service. Took my car in for minor bumper scuffs to repaint. The painting took a long time to complete (about 5 days) and... after the paint was done noticed that there was rough spots where the paint was merely sprayed on, but not smoothed over to a like new finish. I took it back, they said they fixed it, so I take it home to look at and looked at it again today and still not done right. I am totally frustrated.
Cameron and Michael made the buying process very simple and straight forward. We purchased two new vehicles on the same day. One of the cars was a dealer... trade from a dealership near Seattle. The car was delayed due to bad traffic. We completed the paperwork while we were at the dealership. My son was then provided a loaner and the dealership then delivered the car to our home the next day in Lake Oswego.
Cameron, I wanted to personally tell you how happy my husband and I were with you and Emmert Motors. From the beginning, you were quick to respond and... stayed in contact with me. After doing research, Emmert Motors was the only dealership out of 15 others that had the best deal. When we arrived, we loved the small business feel and how you came across as our friend to help and not a pushy salesman. This dealer is very easy to work with. Parts department very knowledgeable about the operation on my car they were going to do unfortunately did not have... the parts to fix it that day. I have another appointment at the end of the week expect we done well.

My 2015 Tahoe was making strange noises and was running sluggish. The service department got me in immediately and discovered I had a loose spark plug... wire. They double checked everything else and within 20 minutes, sent me on my way. ....At No Charge! Great people and great service!
Tree landed on my car and this body shop was the closest that was recommended by my insurance company (Safeco). They provided an estimate and I followed... through allowing them to do the work. I was told that repairs should take 3-5 days. They have now had my car for over three weeks and they are now estimating another 10 days. The customer service is terrible. They have never once called me to provide status; I have had to call them 3 times now to find out what's going on. Each time I call they string me along. They have a good sense of humor and are friendly but that only goes so far. I am reaching the end of my rental car agreement (I am covered for a certain number of days by insurance and I have used it all up waiting for Emmert to complete the job). As of Monday, I will need to return the rental car and I will have zero transportation to get to work. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I am very upset. I will write another review after repairs are completed; my car better look exactly the way it did prior to the damage.
I am very sorry for any frustration Mr. Wilson has regarding the repair time for his vehicle. The initial estimated time to complete the repair was 1...3 working days as noted on the estimate. All parts were ordered and received in a timely manner, except for an entire roof panel. Unfortunately, it took an unusually long time for us to receive the roof panel. As far as Mr. Wilson’s rental car, we have arranged for him to stay in the rental car at no additional expense to him. Our ASE Certified technicians working with our state of the art equipment are dedicated to delivering a quality repair for Mr. Wilson.
Everyone was extremely helpful and willing to negotiate the best price with us. We had a great experience there and would recommend to anyone looking to... buy a car!
Tom in the maintenance department took great care of all are needs. Gave us a rental car when the part took longer to get there cause of the bad weather.
My Car was in the Shop before the Courtesy Ride back to Work was out the Parking Area. The Work was completed so fast my Car was in the Parking Area waiting... for me—instead of my sitting inside waiting for it, which is what I was anticipating. While I won't know for sure until I take a run into Beaverton or Portland whether or not the Work fixed the Problem, I'm confident that it did 'cause Emmert does do good work! I bought this Car there and I've had it serviced there previously with no complaints. Granted, I could get it done cheaper elsewhere. But with some items, ya get what ya pay for!!!
