Very upset with Kimber's service area. We were down a car and they said they'd let us know the next day after doing diagnostics and then it was put off saying the next day again and then after 5 days we were finally given an update on the transmission. We needed a 2nd vehicle and needed to know before this! Very poor communication. Asked if we could get some $ off of the diagnostic charges and they wouldn't budge. Got GM involved and info he passed onto us was different than what we received from the tech. . Lying going on here, not good! Won't be doing business there again!

From our initial contact with the internet salesman, James, we were impressed with Kimber Creek Ford. Aggressive, competitive pricing with swift customer service. Nate, one of the Kimber Creek salesmen, drove 20 minutes to our campground so we could test drive the diesel F350. We loved it. Low mileage. Loaded with features. Well maintained. At the dealership, we met with Matt to discuss a possible trade-in and possible financing. In the process, we discovered how much the Kimber Creek staff enjoy working with each other and their customers in a relaxed, no-pressure fun-filled atmosphere. A few days later, we drove our 2020 F350 out of the Kimber Creek lot VERY PLEASED with the deal, the process, the vehicle preparation, but especially the people. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, including five from the same salesman, but Kimber Creek is now my dealer of choice and I shall contact them for my next vehicle - even though I live out of state. They really are that good!

They checked my trailer light hookup after the oil change as I asked. I didn't clearly communicate this when I made the appointment. I had blown a fuss when rewiring my trailer before this day. Thanks for going the extra mile!
