another review from Tom Kiloran. just picked up my 2018 f150 yesterday that I purchased. Betty did a outstanding job in my behalf this is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Kimber Creek. Have to mention Nathen also he answered a lot of questions I had when Betty was not available. would highly recommend the staff including Marya who is a real treat to work with.

New F350 Lariat
Built a new truck with them which is the first time I?ve done that. Truck arrived within days of when they said it would and within pennies of what I was told it would cost. Worked with the owner on down. True team approach, couldn?t be happier with my truck or the service.

Re/purchase of 2017 Ford Exployer
We really appreciated the attention and time that Betty put in to help us find the right vehicle for us. Internet manager is a jerk and a liar throwing dealer...
Internet manager is a jerk and a liar throwing dealer accolades at me when they low balled and basically made fun of my trade now I would buy a tooth pick from these xxxxxx.. especially how they handle it after you give them a bad review which was an honest review and as far as being a best price dealer if people want to be cheap and think the best price really means best price it’s a load of crap they are liars and cheats

I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with us, and it doesn't sound like we will get a chance to be able to correct that. I hope that you were able to find a vehicle else where and that it is treating you well. I'm sorry if the person you talked to claimed "we have the best prices around," while often times our prices are lower than our competitors, we aren't the cheapest. However, we do give "Our Best Price" right up front and to everyone. If you come into our dealership regardless of who you are or who you know our price is the same, and we have not negotiated in over 7 years now. We are a value price dealership and that means that we go off an actual cash value for the vehicles that we appraise without playing the numbers game that is seen time and time again where your trade value changes depending on what vehicle you are buying, we give you the number that we would write you a check for. You had a bad experience, and that is inexcusable, but I hope that we can earn your business in the future.
I would be willing to give another chance if I knew it would be better before seemed like no one wanted to earn my business

purchased 2017 Ford Escape on Feb. 1, 2021
Renee did a great job of identifying my "must haves." Very patient and professional. The sales manager also talked to us and emphasized the dealership philosophy under the new owner. And Marya was great going through all the financial documents. My whole experience was fantastic!! Kimber Creek is the best.
