New pickup

Had good service like last time on getting new pickup sales person andy was very nice and finance department lady forgot her name was just as nice recomend luther for vehicle sales

Long wait

Not enough people to service cars two and a half hours for oil change very long wait and they were not taking appointments. For two weeks plus

Get another bay to change oil

Need another bay so there is not the wait to get in every time you try to get in there’s ten cars waiting.tired of trying to get in

Great

Great price for a new truck despite trumps stupid tariffs. Tyler was great to work with and I'm happy with the way ford has been doing with better mileage

Excellent customer service!

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced in the fargo Moorhead area. My service rep Andy was absolutely amazing in regards to response time and being able to work understandable my circumstances. He was able to get exactly what I wanted and never once tried pushing anything on to me. The finance portion was flawless as well and they were able to answer every single one of my questions.

Excellent

Sold me a Ford Escape. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Still cared about how my Escape was doing after i signed the papers. Fixed my Radio when we realized it wasn't working a couple days later. They went above and beyond to help me purchase a new Escape

Excellent Service

Luther Family Ford is excellent at communicating during the entire process. From a reminder text to updates during service to a text letting you know your vehicle is ready - there's never a time you wonder what is going on with your vehicle! It's way better to make an appointment if you don't have time to be flexible and wait in line for the Quick Lane services, but appointments are scheduling at least 2 weeks out. However, it's worth it for maintenance work like oil changes and tire rotations!
