Worst experience ever at a dealership. Went to their website. They had a vehicle I was interested in. They had a tab for value my trade in. I clicked and filled it out. I got inquiries about it from almost every dealership but there's. I contacted them and they said they didn't have any information on my trade. More complete ignorance from sales associated on basic automotive information and I was done. Real disappointment that they even put a website out there.

We’re new to town and our F250 (our only vehicle and after driving 3k miles across the country) developed a hot wheel that needed immediate attention. We dropped it off on Sunday when this dealership was closed, without an appointment. Fifteen minutes before they opened on Monday, Alfonso in Service called me and that’s where I began to get blown away by the exceptional service, professionalism and genuine care that Pat Armstrong Ford has to offer. Unlike any other dealership I have experienced in my 42 years of driving, they are AWESOME! Special kudos to Alfonso, Daisy and Aliyah for going above and beyond to get us back on the road to meet a deadline. Can’t say enough good about this dealership!!

We were traveling through the area when we broke down in our pickup towing a trailer on a Friday night. Having our truck towed to Pat Armstrong Ford, we were contacted Saturday morning by Alfonso who said they’d get it right in it. Well he did and discovered a coil had gone bad. He repaired the truck and we were on our way. Thank you Alfonso for being so considerate and getting us back on our way to Alaska. You’re a worker with outstanding work ethics. I highly recommend Pat Armstrong Ford of Wenatchee WA!

Ordered my 2022 F250 from Armstrong Ford. When ordering Nathen walked by and had taken a look at my 2015 Expy and mentioned in passing a reasonable trade in value. Three months later when the F250 arrived, suddenly the trade in value of the Expy was low balled. I had the ability to pay cash for the F250 and sold my Expy outright to a used car lot for $500 less than Nathen originally stated. Love the truck, not so much the dealership!

6 Months to fix a recall, I never like to leave a bad review, but my experience was terrible. Let's talk about my wife's 2014 Ford Focus SE. The car always had shifting issues and had a bit of a shudder/shake when in 1st or 2nd gear. She was the second owner, purchasing the car from Enterprise with about 30K miles on the odometer. I brought the car in to Valvoline for an oil change at just over 100k miles, they said the transmission fluid needed to be changed, but only Ford can do it. Nobody in the valley would change this fluid and Ford charged a premium to do it. The tech approached me while I was in the waiting room and told me the Transmission Fluid had previously been changed, and the wrong fluid was put in the car, they said the color was wrong, that’s how they knew. I asked to see the fluid, the tech said it’s been disposed of and I couldn’t see it. I checked with Enterprise and the dealership that the car was purchased from, nobody changed the Transmission Fluid. The tech said the wrong transmission fluid will cause irreparable damage to the transmission. Nobody at Ford mentioned this car has multiple transmission recalls and a buy-back recall from Ford that we never received. Turns out these cars have tons of transmission issues, there’s even an ongoing class action lawsuit against Ford about this very issue. Multiple service techs told me they have done multiple transmission replacements with no resolve. They would not repair any of the recalls (transmission shudder) or buy the car back, because the recalls expired. Frustrating. After Ford lied to us multiple times, the car would not go in reverse, they said it was the Transmission Control Module; once again, no local mechanic would touch this because it was Ford specific. The Transmission Control Module was covered by a recall, but the techs said with little remorse it would take months to get the part in and we were s*** out of luck. They said they had 6 cars with the same issue, that have been sitting for months. This forced us to pay off the car and buy a new vehicle (even though we were not in a position to). Ford would not buy the car or provide a rental. We left the car at Pat Armstrong Ford in July 2022, because it was having issues shifting and wouldn’t go in reverse. We never got a SINGLE call. I called about once a month or more to check in. They were always rude and upset when I called. I asked for the GM’s contact info and they said that’s not going to happen. We got a call half way through December 2022 saying the car was ready (almost 6 months later). I arrived to pick the car up, and I was blown away by the condition of the car and the lack of care that Ford took. The car had multiple tires with low air, needed an oil change (never was notified), there were paint chips covering the entire car (especially the hood), large door dings in both driver doors, a dent in the rear passenger door (about 2 ft long), damage to seat fabric, the rear doors were taken apart and put together incorrectly and are now loose (repairing a recall for the door handle), the interior vinyl of the doors were scratched and there were many other new cosmetic issues. They never detailed or washed the car (I know that’s an easy thing for them to do). It’s obvious that they didn’t check on the car in the 6 months they had it because I had to pay to replace the $215 1 year old battery that was destroyed while they had the car. The service techs even said, “yeah, they don’t really care” and “your just like the other 6 customers that have been waiting months”. I can’t believe how poorly we were treated. Pat Armstrong Ford needs a total revamp. As someone who has been in customer service for 16 years, I was blown away. What’s happening to the car industry????

Error code on my F150 while passing thru Wenatchee, I called ahead to get code read and risk assessed for continuing trip. She erased my code without showing me or explaining it, described 30 day backlog on repairs, tried repeatedly to get me to leave it for service. "It's the tranny, you better hope you're under warranty, I wouldn't make it to my destination, It's going to be expensive" It was like a comical, gangster wannabe hold-up. I finished my trip in a rental, then drove my truck 100 miles home without incident. Turns out I don't have a major problem, and nothing wrong with the transmission!

Worst service I have ever had!!! I’am a 59 year old retired man and I had just bought a private party 2000 Ford Excursion w/126,000 miles (lots of life left) for Mrs Quinn to tow her horse trailer. Shortly after the purchase the vehicle had to be shutdown due to some weird sound (and an engine light), but still started up fine & idled. However, to avoid any damage I had AAA “tow" the vehicle into Pat Armstrong Ford's dealership. Prior to its arrival, I contacted the GM a Mr. Jon “JK” Kuhnhenn personally and gave specific instructions to him and the service advisor, a Mr. Jake Smith (both) to be sure it was connect to the Ford computer (IDS) "before they started it again" & to perform a thorough diagnostic ONLY while connected to a computer. Then, instead of towing it into the service bay as previously discussed, someone started the vehicle then, actually ran & drove the vehicle, apparently according to the shop foreman for several minutes while NOT connected to the computer! And, you guessed it, seized the engine! Then, they called and said, "I needed a new engine and that it was my problem". The Dealer was clearly, "NEGLIGENT" in their Dereliction of Duties, while my vehicle was in their custody and care. Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office, but they have no real power to do anything. Filed BBB Complaint - in Progress! Dont use these guys, BUYER BEWARE!!!

So let me tell you a little something about Pat Armstrong Ford. They sold my daughter a lemon. She bought a 2003 Ford Focus from them 4 months ago and the engine is now toast. The car had less than 100k miles on it when she bought it. She used the insurance money from her other car, which was totaled while it was parked, to buy this piece of crap. Now she has no car and no money for a car. They offered no help and showed no remorse towards the fact they sold her a car they knew was garbage. They even let it slip out, after the fact, that it was a "Mechanics Special" when it was NEVER advertised as such. They thought they were being nice, and trying to help her out, when they tried to sell her a car with a $350/mo payment. She paid just under $4k for the Focus. Just another dealership full of lying xxxxxxx. The service department guys were cool though.

Bought a platinum extended warranty for around $5000. Was to take care of everything as long as I owned the vehicle per the salesman who sat with me in the office of the then manager of Town Ford, Pat Armstrong. Mr Armstrong agreed the warranty was for everything for the lifetime of my ownership of the vehicle; it was a 2012 Ford Escape with approx 16,000 miles on it which I purchased from Evergreen Ford in Issaquah in the fall of 2012, waiting to get the extended warranty at the local Ford Dealer in the Wenatchee area. Essentially I received oil changes and two wiper blades without charge. I requested a transmission flush several times which was denied because "the miles did not warrant it and Wenatchee is not an area with dusty roads." My comment fell on deaf ears. My battery went dead in Missouri and I called to see about the warranty covering replacement; was told Town Ford would not help because I was too far away--I should just have hired a tow truck to tow it to East Wenatchee. I could not have been more satisfied with the vehicle itself and have no negative thoughts about it. HOWEVER, RECENTLY, THE IGNITION WOULD NOT WORK WITHOUT MY REPROGRAMMING THE KEY. I was concerned that procedure might eventually fail so asked Pat Armstrong Ford (formerly Town Ford) to run a computer check/print-out on it. When I checked with them, I was told by Pat Howell, service advisor, they did a computer check but there was no such thing as a print-out to verify the results. HE SAID THEY REMOVED THE STARTER. WELL, WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO PLACE THE KEY IN THE IGNITION, IT WAS SLOPPY AND WIGGLED A LOT--I BELIEVE THEY BROKE SOME OF THE PARTS OR SIMPLY DID NOT DO A RELIABLE MECHANICS JOB OF REPLACING IT. Patrick Armstrong Ford then quoted me $990.94 to diagnose, remove and replace lock cylinder and housing, and the lock itself with no guarantee that would actually correct the problem. I declined and was then charged and I paid $125 for the diagnosis for which I had no proof had been done by running an electronic diagnostic test. Going to another location I and my family found a vehicle to my liking and arranged for my car to be taken as a trade-in. That car dealer actually delivered my replacement vehicle to Wenatchee (more than a 250-mile round trip) and then loaded my 2012 Ford on that trailer to take it to their site (at no charge to me!). NOW THAT IS WHAT I CONSIDER GOING BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY AND THAT DEALER WILL GET MY BUSINESS WHEN I NEED REPAIRS EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVE AND STAY-OVER MAY BE SOMEWHAT COSTLY. --- And to top the whole experience off, here is the response Pat Howell gave me when I told him I had given and would continue to give his dealership bad publicity: QUOTE "THERE ARE A LOT OF RICH PEOPLE IN WENATCHEE AND UNTIL THEY RUN OUT OF MONEY I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY BAD PUBLICITY YOU MAY GIVE."
