Chad Lee, Paul and Frankie worked very hard to trade in my explorer (a 2015 that was simply too big, required too much gas and that I bought under the duress of an abusive ex, bully of a salesman at another dealership, as well as a head trauma less than 3 months before I signed the contract.) Vern greeted me at the door, I asked for Chad who was recommended to me a d had a great experience with Chad, Paul and Frankie. I need up with a smaller vehicle (a 2011 Fusion in excellent condition) for a payment that is much easier and will be so much more efficient on gas. Thank you, thank you!!
