Great Experience

Buying experience was great. Salesperson was very courteous and professional. Met us on her day off and made the purchase process painless. Service has been excellent as well with no suprises on our bills.

Great service

Sale people were helpful Sale people were very helpful and we use the maintenance department for our car and ford truck. We will return there for our car service.

Feel good about Town Ford

We discussed the problem, Neil took notes, I got there on time, got the rental car and Neil called me a few hours later to inform me that the repairs were completed. Everything went smoothly.

Great customer service

Great experience with the Service Department. Their schedule was full however each one of us was treat like we were the only and most important customer. One of the best customer service I experience.

Great Staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Need to hire more service people. The phone was ringing off the hook with only one service person to handle phone and customers. .

Friendly, no pressure atmosphere.
