Porsche Bellevue

Recently had my car in for service which included work done by an outside vendor. The service provided was outstanding as Porsche Bellevue completed their own service and repairs and also arranged the car transfer with the outside vendor.

My car's glass roof was replaced at Porsche Bellevue and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From having the repair estimated, to coordinating the availability of parts, to the repair- my service advisor Nicole was great in communicating the status as well as taking care of several warranty-related items that had come up prior to my appointment. They were all performed at the same time as the repair. I am grateful for the courtesy loaner vehicles provided for the 3+ weeks my car was in for the repair/service and it made this as convenient as possible.

I recently bought my Porsche Cayenne a couple of months ago from Rob, and I have to say, the customer service has been truly remarkable. From the moment I called to schedule a service due to a minor issue, Anastasia, my service writer, has been fantastic. Since the day I bought the car, I’ve experienced nothing but excellent service from Bellevue Porsche, along with knowledgeable and friendly salespeople and staff. I couldn’t be happier. Anastasia went above and beyond to find me a great loaner and made sure I was well taken care of. Communication was flawless and made everything so smooth. I really appreciate the wonderful experience I’ve had here.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Honda here at Porsche of Bellevue. Kevin Shi made the process super simple and easy, we traded in our old car and drove away in the new-to-us car all in about an hour. What stood out to me most was how nice they detailed the car, making it as look as good as brand new. I like the car but my wife loves it so that’s what really matters, thanks Porsche of Bellevue!

I recently purchased a Porsche from Bellevue Porsche. Overall, I would give Bellevue Porsche a solid A- on the experience. Sales, Sales Manager and Finance Manager were all excellent. Easy process, good communication and straight forward negotiation. The one place where they could have done better was vehicle delivery. When my car was delivered there was a tire pressure light on that was on two days before during my test drive and the tires were not inflated to spec per the door label. Additionally, there were some residual smears where they use either a dirty cloth or dirty solution to clean. When I spend this kind of money on a car, I expect it to be pristine and to spec on delivery. The service tech was able to quickly clear the light, and I did learn something watching him do it, but come on man. Smears cleaned up easily with a microfiber cloth at home but once again, come on man. Small issues that will soon be forgotten but this is here for feedback. Loving my new Porsche and definitely would recommend and use Bellevue Porsche again.

The professionalism of Porsche Bellevue manifests itself in so many ways--starting when I bought my Macan a year ago and continuing through my first service several days ago. They made it painles.

Never anything but spectacular service. Everything is well communicated with no surprises. The dealership is considerate and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is as it should. Everything I would expect and hope from Porsche. No comparison to other luxury car dealerships in the Seattle area. Simply the best.

Outstanding customer service and great communication. Worth the 1.5 hour drive I have to make to take my vehicle in.
