Porsche Bellevue

I was able to set an appointment for 2 days after I accessed the website and at a time convenient for me. The service writer recognized me and greeted me as soon as I entered the drive through and made every effort to see to my needs while I waited. I only had an oil change but they did go over all systems to conform my now somewhat aging 2009 Targa were in proper working order. Time in to out was just under 2 hours as promised. The waiting area was comfortable with a picture window view of the service department, the only thing missing were adequate snacks (I was probably a bit late for that). The cost of service was rather high however it is a Porsche dealership after all.

In every way, this was a thoroughly refreshing and delightful service experience. My service advisor Matt gave incredible personable, thorough, and thoughtful care to my particular concerns, and the additional requests I added when I arrived. Meticulous and courteous. Far exceeding my expectations. This met and surpassed my requests and needs in every way and ensures I will be a continuing customer, come from a distance for this service, and look to Bellevue Porsche for my next Porsche. Follow up from Matt is also beyond what I expected and ensures I will be a return service customer. Quality of the experience makes the distance travelled well worth it. We came in to Porsche Bellevue to look at a used MINI Cooper S. Jeremy was friendly and helpful, and we bought the car on the spot. Since we paid cash, there was no financing involved, but the finance manager was also helpful and explained everything we needed to do to get the wire transfer from the bank. We picked up the car the next day, freshly washed and looking like new. We would highly recommend this dealership for their up-front pricing, honesty, and professionalism.
