Worst part of buying my Subaru is still trying to get rid of Sirius XM. In 2017 bought an Outback- love the car - we have two and a Crostrex. I was stupid... enough to keep XM for two years. In December I tried to get rid of it multiple emails - automated as well. Here I am in APRIL and they keep sending me bills W/interest. I talked to a John said he would fix it- did not. I can't even open the messages they send to stop the emails. Wish Subaru would intervein and do something about what they promoted. Just saying.

Unfortunately, Sirius XM will only work with ...the customer, not the dealership to solve issues. I would suggest calling again to cancel your membership. You are also welcome to give our GM, Chris Leonard, a call to talk about your frustrations. We hope you are able to come to a resolution with Sirius XM and are always here to help in whatever way we can.
Parker Subaru is the best. This was first experience looking into buying a car, and I couldn’t recommend them more. Greg was helpful, kind, and accommodating.... Working with Greg and Michael was a breeze. If you’re looking for a Subaru, make sure to meet with Greg and go to Parker!
