Great, Seamless, and Stress Free Experience.
I don't typically enjoy shopping for new cars or going to dealerships but I did find the process very easy and not stressful at the Koenig dealership. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted to fit our family's needs better and I never walked away feeling like we were being pushed into anything or like we were not getting a fair deal. They were also very kind and patient with our kids who were with us while filling out paperwork.

Ken in sales and Mark in finance made were great and made for the smoothest, most positive, and least stressful experience to date after having bought many new and used vehicles in my life. If I ever need to replace either of my Subarus, I would look at Koenig first.

I had a scheduled oil change for the afternoon of Oct. 18. Something came up so I called that morning, changed it to Oct. 20 at 8:00 and asked that someone look at a noise in the front end. Justin was very accommodating on the phone. When I got there today at 8:00, there was no record of an appointment for me. I was told that they could fit me in in the afternoon, but I had other things scheduled so I drove back home to Sequim.

Subaru Forester from Koenig Subaru
Really had a first rate experience with Koeing Subaru when we recently purchased our new Forester. We had personal attention from Bill Koenig and the whole process could not have been smoother. Covid supply chain delays were dealt with and the vehicle arrived even a little earlier than we had hoped. We love the car (our second Forester, and the fifth Subaru within our extended family). Highly recommend these folks to help.

You let me have a loaner car so that I could get home to Port Townsend to tend to my husband who was in Hospice. Thank you. The man who manages the Service Department is amazing!!! I think that his name is Justin. He was working without the usual managerial help, and it was something to see how well his balance all of the action.

big satisfy to big disappointment
I like my crosstrek and I thought I can depend on this SUBARU dealer. But the experience we had from taking in to the shop to fix the mechanical issue disappointed us.

Great customer service, small town dealership. I had a very personalized experience with a lot of care and thought I got a very fair deal. Cliff is great!
This place is NASTY. By that I mean in attitude! Bosses berating employees, which is already terrible, and doing it in front of the customers. Terrible place. Do not come here if you want to feel like a wanted customer. I felt very uncomfortable and like a bother so I left.
