David Beamish, sales rep, was friendly, very competent, low-pressure, answered all my questions and was very familiar with the many, many facets of the vehicle I was interested in, a 2018 Subaru Forester. And I got a good price, and a good price for my trade-in. Totally satisfied. A good experience on all counts.

Great Experience
Dealt with the dealership mostly through email and phone. Gave me the best price of anywhere in Western Washington. When I showed up to purchase the car, everything was prepared and the process was extremely smooth and moved along quickly. Great experience overall.

World-class Koenig Subaru, Port Angeles, WA
I recently purchased my fifth Subaru Outback. This one is a 2018 2.5i Touring and Koenig Subaru in Port Angeles made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Kudos to a world-class team of professionals, especially Pat Downs--what an automotive sales pro should be: extremely knowledgable, a careful listener, patient, easy to work with, and focused on his client's needs and interests as opposed to his quota or commission.

No Response
Messaged dealer I was interested in a car listed on cars.com. Never responded. Car is still listed over a week later, so obviously not sold. Not worth my time travelling several hours if they can't respond.

Best experience I've had
after being turned away from so many places and having so many car troubles I almost gave up! but Bill Koenig and Kenny Cardella provided me with the best service. They not only helped me every step of the way until it was time to close the deal but made me feel like family. I will go out of my way to give my business to Bill and his team, i travelled 70 miles but i would gladly travel 500 to do it again.

Straightforward buying experience
We were ready to get quotes from numerous dealers for a new Subaru Outback. Fortunately for us, Koenig Subaru had an Outback already in transit with the combination of trim/color/options we wanted. Bill Koenig, the General Sales Manager, promptly provided a price we felt was quite reasonable and the vehicle arrived within two weeks. When we took delivery, Ken spent a great deal of time demonstrating many of the features and even set up our Bluetooth phone, and the closing paperwork was surprisingly simple and straightforward. We were very pleased with how stress-free these folks made the entire process and recommend the dealership highly (not to mention how much we are enjoying the Outback!).
