First the parts department failed to order the

First the parts department failed to order the replacement windshield and after waiting two weeks I called and then it got ordered. I was quoted a price and when the work was completed the price was $200 more despite no reason given. Lastly, when I schedule my appointment the parts department failed to notify me of the companies recent change (within the past few weeks) to the credit card policy thereby costing me an additional 4%. On the whole, each item is inexcusable together it speaks of deeper and more problematic issues. That said the work was done correctly. Finally, despite being a loyal customer in the past I will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

Brandon S was by far the best saleperson I’ve worked with through all my vehicle buying experiences over the years. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an easygoing, no pressure attitude! I will only deal with him when buying a vehicle again in the future!

We had a great experience with Brandon.

We had a great experience with Brandon. He was very patient and showed us a variety of trucks. He even introduced trucks to us that were not in our list and we ended up buying one of those . He is very professional as well.
