Really liked how John handled our situation, not in a rush to buy a car right now but am definitely on the lookout and being able to talk about different cars and get to know them was really nice and will definitely be considering the options that I spoke to John about.

Website is well done which allowed me to do comparisons and deep Dices on my own. Service managers are very good. Have had multiple cars serviced there over the years. John was responsive and available when asked. He didn’t push our decision in any particular direction, making it a buying experience that was enjoyable. Hans was efficient and we did not get the usual push to buy add ons. Car was delivered on time, and meets our expectations so far. I would recommend Novak Motors to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and/or good service.
