We came all the way from New Jersey to your dealership because of the service we received over the phone. Kevin Deutsch, the Manager of this dealership kept his word, was professional and so was his staff. Mr. Deutsch was very obliging and a credit to Mercedes-Benz. Michael Longi was very helpful and patient with all of our questions and he knows how to deal with customers. He was great. Last, but not least .. Jay Criss did a great job doing the paperwork! Believe me, there's a lot of paper work and Mr. Criss did it with a smile. We've been to many Mercedes dealerships and this one was the best. We love our CLS 550! I called Carlos many times during the process of trading my old card and he answered the phone calls when I called the dealership and he was very professional and kind through the whole process. I have purchased many cars, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Chris was the most professional and courtiest car salesman that I have ever met. He knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me a great price for the car and my trade. This is my third Mercedes and Chris and Sergio the F&I manager, who was also a pleasure to deal with and also really knows his business, made the whole experience pleasurable. I looked at local dealerships in Minneapolis and could not find the exact build I wanted unless I ordered from the factory so I went Online and found my build at Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle. They were very professional and once Carlos Nazario got my name from the Internet department, he was there to help me make this a great internet experience. I have bought two other Mercedes from local dealerships and always felt that I was not given the best deal. NOT TRUE AT MERCEDES BENZ of NEW ROCHELLE, they were very fair and sold me my Mercedes at a very completive price. On delivery day my wife flew into New York from Minnesota to pick up the Mercedes, Carlos and Kevin had someone pick her up at the airport and bring her to the dealership. I could of had it shipped and Carlos did offer the shipping support needed but my wife wanted to visit the City and her brother in NJ. so it was a win-win for all of us. My wife took delivery of a beautiful ML350 and it was exactly as described by Carlos. Carlos delivered a beautiful Mercedes and made my wife feel as if she was family, She often says "Carlos was such a nice man and she liked him a lot", I laugh because my wife said she wanted to tip him for giving such great service. Carlos enjoys what he does and it shows through his professionalism. So, YES I would recommend Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle, I would recommend buying ONLINE on the INTERNET from Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle, and I would recommend Carlos to help sell you a Mercedes Benz. We were trading in a C280 and wanted to buy a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, the E350. Our salesman, Don Lee, proved to be professional, friendly, courteous and above all, knowledgeable. He worked with us, answering all our questions and anticipating ones that we hadn't even thought about when purchasing the CPO. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle, and in particular Don Lee. We, also dealt with Sergio Derpinski, in Finance. Another, individual who was helpful and knowledgeable. In the past, when we've bought new cars, it was less than rewarding, dealing with those sales people.
