I appreciated the quick response and the ability to use the warranty that was purchased for coverage. I did feel, however, that the "inspection" was designed to uncover issues, real or otherwise. That was the only negative.

I am surprised that this noises was found when I was in earlier in the week? I rely on you to check it out when I bring it in when it needs up coming work? So that it can be budgeted for and not a surprise repairs?

I was so completely satisfied that I have nothing but positive feelings about the entire experience, from the minute I pulled in to the minute I picked up my car! Clear information, timely work, and very professional and friendly people!

My feet hit the floor at 4:00am, worked all day, then rushed over the Graff for my oil change - I did not have an appt. It was after 4:00p and the rest of this month is totally booked with meetings, appointments,m etc. I took a chance and glad that I did. Kevin allowed my visit because I said I would wait, no matter how long the wait would be. Kevin stated that my wait would probably be an hour and a half. Well I settled in for the great-wait, but it didn't seem like it took that long after all. Kevin acted like a pro and made me feel like a valued customer. I came in for my free oil change... only to find I was a month over my 24 mos. It would be nice if you had a service to remind your lessees when their free 24 mos service period was ending.

Considering I live out of state, it was amazing to me how accommodating the sales staff was. I would say they operated far "above & beyond" my expectations, and made a potentially stressful purchase extremely stress-free!
