Service was done on time and in a professional manner. Dealership and staff were great.

When a light pole fell onto my vehicle, I contacted my insurance company and told them I wanted to take the vehicle to my regular place of service, Shaheen Chevrolet. I made the appointment, they said I could get a rental car, and I left my car with the Shaheen Collision Center and got the rental car for a few days. When I picked up the vehicle and took it home, my husband and I did a walk-around and he noticed a small spot that had not been repaired. When I called Shaheen Collision to let them know, they had me bring the car back in, gave me a brand new loaner car to drive for a couple of days. It was perfect when I got it back, and they apologized for missing the small dent previously. I will be taking all my work there any time I might need it done....and I tell all my friends about the wonderful service and great customer service they gave me.

GREAT SREVICE I HAD RECALL ON IGNITION THEY FIXED IT BUT YESTERDAY MY WIFE WENT TO UNLOCK THE DOOR AND KEY GOT STUCK BUT WE FINALLY GOT IT WE RECIEVED 2 KEYS OTHER KEY WORKS FINE WONDER IF WE CAN GET ANOTHER KEY CUT

My sales person was great. He wasn't pushy... allowed me to take vehicle home to show my very very pregnant wife instead of making her come into the dealership.
