Great service, shuttle, reps and facilities.
Great service, easy shuttle service. Friendly representatives. Car wash needs to be a brushed wash instead of water only though. It serves the purpose of getting loose dirt and salt off but road dirt/grime needs a little more elbow grease.

The service people were so kind and understanding, they listened when I talked about my son who left this world 4 years ago and didn't try to stop me from talking about him. If not for him I would not have gone to get the car fixed.

Service was completed in a bit less than the 90 minutes I was initially advised, all employees were courteous and knowledgeable, the premises were clean and bright.

Excellent service
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the print outs I get with detailed information about the service they provided to my car. The cookies and coffee in the waiting area were also a bit bonus!
