Car purchase
My cruise control in my new car wasn't supposed to be installed until Monday, but my salesperson Debbie Farrell worked hard to have the cruise control installed on Saturday, so I was able to claim my car a day earlier.

very good experience with the salesman. He was pleasant, friendly and had just the right touch with dealing with my entire familly, including my kids. This is my third car in four years I have bought from this salesman. My next car will be purchased from him too.

Great service team! Friendly and honest.
I made my appointment on line - fast and essy. Once I got there it was extremely busy. Herb and others kept acknowledging us and saying they would be right with you. Herb was fantastic as always! Great seeing Dick there too! Pierre, the shuttle driver was prompt and as nice as always. I love the service I get at DeNooyer and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was told it would take about 3 hour to complete the work on my car. It took a little less time then they said. I was very pleased with the way they handled my service

Early Turn In of Leased Vehicle
The miles were getting to the limit on my 2011 Malibu lease with nine months left and knew I had to do something. Was able to trade it for an AWD Equinox which is what we wanted. The process was pretty quick after an initial contact with our old salesman (who had been promoted) and the new salesman found exactly what we wanted on the lot. We even received our USAA discount which I didn't go in looking for.

Great Service
Everyone was friendly and polite from the minute that I walked in until the moment I drove away in a new car the next day. Rick Tiller was friendly and professional. Other dealerships in the Battle Creek/Kzoo area were pushy and quite rude and pushing models i didn't want when I was looking at Chevy Sonics.

Great, honest service!
The Service Tire Monitor System light was on and I had brought it in 3 times and was never fixed. Gary told me that the would reset it but the warning light would come back on. It would cost $97 to replace it but except for the aggregation of the light on, it would not affect my car. Finally someone told me why it was not fixed in the first place! The oil leak was fixed and was told I had another small leak but that it would cost $750 and was not that bad to pay that much to fix it. I really appreciated Gary's honesty and how he did not try to gouge me.
