We felt that our salesperson, Richard, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He made himself available to our schedules and answered our phone calls promptly. Our experience working with him actually was a factor in choosing Denooyer Chevrolet.

I bought a 2002 Honda Civic for $3000 from DeNooyer. The...

I bought a 2002 Honda Civic for $3000 from DeNooyer. The day after I bought it I drove about 50 miles and when I stopped there were huge puddles of coolant and oil under the car. I replaced the fluids and returned home, another 50 miles, and of course, more puddles when I stopped. I took it to two repair shops and was told at one that the head was junk and the head gasket needed to be replaced, and then at the Honda Dealer Service Center I was told that my car had a blown engine among a slew of other repairs, costing well over $5000 total. That's more than $2000 than I paid for the car! Needless to say I contacted DeNooyer and was told, you bought it 'as-is' sorry you lost 3 grand. They wouldn't give me my money back, they wouldn't offer to help with the repair bill, they just let a family of 4 give them $3000 and say "good day and thank you for your contribution". These people are greedy soulless individuals, all the way to the owners. Do not give them the satisfaction of taking advantage of you and taking your hard earned dollars.

Customer Satisfaction

I took my vehicle in because of an intermittent problem. The service consultant presented me with two options assuring me that if I chose to opt to hold off on service now, I would not be endangering my safety. He offered to top off all my fluids and wash my vehicle and send me on my way. I commend a business that is in the business of customer satisfaction and not focused on how much money it can make. In the long run, that business will be ahead!

Great Service & Great People

Mike has been super helpful with the purchase of my last two vehicles. He also helped my brother and father with the purchase of their cars as well. Ray also helped to explain all the financial issues for us and they are both just really nice guys. I like DeNooyer because I get great customer service and I never feel like anyone is trying to play games. The service department is great as well.

My wife and I had two lease vehicles that were about to...

My wife and I had two lease vehicles that were about to expire within the next six months. Jay Newhouse went above and beyond expectations in figuring out the most economical way to end our Malibu lease and put us in a new Equinox. We were extremely pleased by the personal attention and time given to us thoughout the entire experience. Paul VanderKamp was very helpful with the paperwork. My wife grew up in Kalamazoo and her family purchased vehicles from DeNooyer's since the 1950's. Now that we are back on this side of the state (Allegan), we will continue the family tradition. Trustworthy service

This is a dealership that provides excellent service. I never have to worry about being sold something that isn't necessary. Staff is quick to point out ways to save money on repairs. I can also get my car in quickly and estimates of time for completion are accurate. I've never had to bring my car back to have repairs redone over the 170,000 miles I've had my car. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Buying process

Mark understood what we wanted to spend and wanted in a new car. He knew what we needed from our old car. Never expected everything to be done and car delivered in less then 6 hours.

Service was great & love the new waiting area

1st maintenance on car went very smooth, was also told about a very recent part recall, an apt. set up as soon as it was available (2 days) got a great free car wash each time. The new waiting area is awesome.
