I was very impressed.
I was very impressed. Very clean and looked as good as a new car dealership. Everyone was very helpful, particularly Jamie Gosa. He was very responsive before, during and after the sale. He really looked out for our interests. I was also surprised when Chris Horton informed us that the 6 month/6,000 mile warranty Oakley gives on all of their sales was good here in Little Rock where we live.

Ask for just a tire balance and the service department
Ask for just a tire balance and the service department rotated them and charged me $105.00. Had a 9:00 am appointment you kept my truck until 4:30 and I had to call twice to see if you had it done. Eric never did reach out to me. His customer service skills are low.

Hey Nathan, looks like you have used our service department before, I would assume with good service. I spoke with Eric our service manager. He led me to believe that he spoke with you before dropping off your vehicle we could do the balance and rotate your tires, but did tell you that it would be done closer to 5 due to the size of the tire and wheel package you have on your truck, which is why it was $99.95+tax not the normal rate of $79.99+tax. Please reconsider your review. Thank you!
