Can’t say enough good things about this Dealership.

Can’t say enough good things about this Dealership. I live in Arizona and bought my truck online. Jesse is a rockstar. He answered questions and sent me videos of the truck. Chad and Tracy , true professionals and made this purchase smooth as silk. My only regret is I didn’t get to thank these folks in person. I’ve bought 8 vehicles online and this has been my best experience, ever. Continued Success, you’ve earned my trust and business!

Jamie was the best you can find in Branson, full of

Jamie was the best you can find in Branson, full of knowledge of every vehicle on the lot. He knew the Vehical that we were interested in inside and out. He is truly unique! The entire staff treated us with professionalism. After purchasing we had an issue with our newly purchased car; we called and got in immediately; it was a simple lack of knowledge on our part. Not waiting days was very important to us as we live active lives. The service department was among the best we have ever experienced. We are so glad we found Oakley Auto, which was referred to us by a close friend.

Jack is a good, honest man.

Jack is a good, honest man. His handshake is his word. The dealership is impeccable. Jesse found a great truck for me. Eric, the service manager, was a great help and the service was fast. Chris in finance was up-front and explained the details in a friendly, quick manner. I could not be more pleased!! I will be recommending Oakley Auto World to my family and friends.

The team was great to work with.

The team was great to work with. Jamie was straight forward and listened to what I wanted and not what he wanted to try and sell. Chris in finance was quick and polite and answered all my questions. Everyone I met made me feel like family.

I bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 6.

I bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 6.2 engine with 35,000 miles on it. Owned it less than 2 months and it’s already not drivable. First week brought it in for repair, same thing second week. Third week asked for different vehicle, didn’t hear back so brought to different shop who told me I had to bring it to a dealership to have ecm reprogrammed. 2 days after having ecm reprogrammed same issues occurred. Confronting Oakley face to face they asked for one more chance to get it right. Less than two weeks later there’s an electrical fire in the back glass that melts the window then cracks from the cold. Had to put a bunch down then pay taxes and insurance to get it tagged and made my first payment and am unable to drive the truck. It’s just sitting in the driveway. Nightmare of an experience!

Jamie went above and beyond what he needed to to sell a

Jamie went above and beyond what he needed to to sell a truck. He stayed three hours after work just where you can meet up with me. He’s very professional, very courteous and highly respectable. I would recommend all my friends and family there. I think he’s one of the best salesman I’ve ever had.
