Once again excellent service from the folks in the

Once again excellent service from the folks in the Service Department. Had to run by Friday with an issue and was taken care of quickly and sent on my way. Kat was super friendly, helpful, and on top of things there! She was awesome. Highly recommend Richard Kay!!!

This was my first experience with this dealership, I had been searching for a specific used model GMC SIERRA. I missed one opportunity before the truck hit the lot while still being serviced but the sales rep called me a few weeks later with some more candidates where one in particular caught my eye. The day I was able to get by the dealership, the rep was off that day and another team member was informed that I was coming by and was ready to jump in and help me come to the decision to make the purchase. Jr. and Rashad are top drawer guys, very professional no pressure reps. Made my buying experience the most pleasurable one I have ever had.

Tried to use free shuttle with auto service last week.

Tried to use free shuttle with auto service last week. Waited 20 minutes past scheduled time for driver, tried to call dealership several times without answer, finally had to Uber in. Only offered an apology for the inconvenience.

I got my first service on my new Tahoe today. Brittany Smith and all in the service department did a wonderful job and gave me great confidence in coming to Richard Kay forSuperstore for all car related needs in the future. Thank you sooo much for your care and kindness.

Service appointment

I spent almost 2 hours waiting for my car to be serviced. To me that's a long time for an oil change and tire rotation.

I took my 2023 GMC truck in today for its first service.

I took my 2023 GMC truck in today for its first service. Kat Hinton was the person that took care of me and she is wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail is second to none! Great job Kat! Thank you.

Car skipping and cutting off after getting fuel

Service dept. carried car in for a fuel problem. Had to replace purge valve and hopefully that solve the problem cause everytime I got gas it would skip and cut off. Although driving it for 5 mins it would be ok. Well the valve didn’t fix it so I carried it back the following week. They found out that the charcoal canister needed to replace. Hopefully this would solve the problem again. Jeff, the service rep, was extra helpful and did not charge me the second time. I’m very pleased.

Excellent Service Department Experience!

Service advisor Kat Hinton and the Corvette tech Joshua were fantastic!! I would leave Kat ten stars if I could. I was on my way home from a day trip to Clemson (Go Tigers) when my 2023 C8 Corvette developed a misfire. I pulled into Richard Kay Chevrolet and asked for a miracle since I had a 2.5 hour drive home. Well, they did it! They quickly diagnosed my issue as a failed fuel injector, explained to me the problem, and ordered the injector right on the spot. Kat went to beyond lengths to find me a rental car even though none were available to get home in. The injector came in 2 days later and the Corvette tech did a perfect install and answered all of my questions. Kat kept me advised both days as to progress of the part order and the replacement progress. She took me to both pick up and drop off the rental car. I can't say enough about how professional and helpful these service people were to me. I highly recommend Richard Kay Chevrolet for your service needs.
