Great Service

Took a week but happy to get my wife's car finally back and really happy to get a loaner vehicle without having to deal with Enterprise.

Bought Ford Explorer

Great experience. It was smooth buying process. Nassir helped for explaining each & every details of the car. General manager washed ford explorer after shut down of wash service. First time ,I planned to lease the car . Dealership team helped me to understand the lease process.

Poor customer service when picking up vehicle

In and out in record time. I wish dropping off the night before and picking up would have gone smoother. No envelopes for keys when dropping off and when picking up we were handed keys and told "your car is out in customer parking". After walking all over we finally set off the alarm to locate it. Customer service could definetly use some training.
