I had trouble just getting an appointment for my service. I made the mistake of calling the 800 number. They transferred me to someone's voicemail and 3 weeks later I had to call again because I never heard from anyone. Once I got my appointment I was extremely happy with the service I received when I dropped off my car. The Service Adviser was very nice and he was able to have both my service and the problem I was having with my radio done in one visit. I asked to have a ride back to my office but the driver was stuck in traffic and arrived very late. This turned out to be a good thing because they finished my car just before the driver was to leave.
