Very good service personnel

Clyde D. was my service personnel and he was extremely friendly, efficient, and competent. When things went a little less than smooth, he was quick to resolve any issues. Very satisfied with his service.

Went for an oil change. Over 2 HRS later finally got my car back after yelling at the service advisor. No manager to be found even though I complained to him earlier that was taken too long. Items that should have been done were never done. Tire pressure was never checked and maintenance due light still on in car. Had to look online to find out how to reset it. Do not ever use this dealer. They are not reputable about completing the service you are paying for.

First Maintenance and it was Bad

Purchasing my truck was a great experience however my first maintenance was so bad i will not be coming back to this location.. . .

Tire rotation

Quick service. Was in and out in less than an hour. I even got a car wash after the tire rotation and was still done and out fast. Staff was friendly.
