We were so pleased that our gently used Honda Accord Touring was at Nelson Mazda. When praying for our next car we prayed it would be at one of the Nelson dealerships. The atmosphere when you walk in is peaceful. Thanks to Nelson giving you up front their best price you know that you’re getting a deal and the dealership isn’t going to bait and switch on you. Our salesman Lorenzo was very knowledgeable about our car, even though it was a Honda not a Mazda. Any questions we had that he didn’t know the answer to he found out quickly for us. Also the way the dealership keeps you with the same person from beginning to end is a huge difference and improvement in the already pleasant experience. This was our first time buying from the Nelson Mazda dealership but we had bought 2 different cars from the Nelson Nissan dealership. We highly recommended when you are in the market for a vehicle you need to check out either of the Nelson dealerships.

Very happy with our experience at Nelson Mazda Tulsa. We bought a used vehicle and before we drove it home, with a little negotiation, they fixed all of the issues I brought up. Nice and friendly people. No pressure and very good prices. Again, very happy.

The sales rep. that helped me was truly awesome.. her name is Sade. She started working with me at about 10:00 AM and we finished up and closed the deal about 4:00PM. The reason it took so long had nothing to do with her. I had a ton of questions. She was so very kind, patient and understanding with me. She is truly amazing. I would most definitely want to deal with her, should the need arise again and no one else!!! Anyone seeing this review and you need a car make sure to ask for Sade!! They should keep her employed for a long time to come and give her a big raise!! 🥰

We had a great experience we were greeted as soon as we walked in, offered drinks, and advised someone would be coming down right away to help us. Maybe 5 minutes later Dev showed up, he was very kind, genuine, and explained everything to us. We were able to look at the car, get the car fax information, all the details and then took it for a test drive. We loved the car, we had looked at another one the day before that we loved as well and decided to go with Nelson Mazda because of Dev. He was truly amazing and made us feel comfortable in moving forward. Took a little over an hour to get everything finished and signed. I will definitely recommend Nelson Mazda and Dev to anyone looking for a car and will be back for future purchases! We love our car so far!!
