DO NOT PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 in mid-April with a warranty, and our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. 5/5: Towed to the dealership after the check engine light came on and the car went into limp mode on the highway. No service was recommended or completed. Light was reset and we picked up. 5/14: Check engine light returned. Camshaft sensor was replaced. The tech drove the car 50 miles but still noted ongoing concerns in report. Light was reset and we picked up. 7/26: Check engine light again. Throttle bodies were swapped. We instructed to see of light cam on again (that would clearly identify the problem). Light was reset and we picked up. 9/15: Check engine light again. Car went into limp mode and the battery died. Battery was swapped, codes were cleared, and they're now holding our car hostage. No repairs have been made, and it remains at the dealership with them wanting to additionally charge to diagnose an issue they have already identified. The car has been in the shop more than we have had it in our possession. As a small business owner in the area, I am asked daily for recommendations on local businesses to work with. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. I also love leaving positive reviews, and if you look at my Google review history, you’ll see that I have left tons of 5-star reviews for many local businesses. We expected a dealership to stand by their vehicles and warranty—this has been the opposite. Avoid this dealership if you value your time, money, and safety.

Nelson Mazda is a no pressure dealership with a beautiful

Nelson Mazda is a no pressure dealership with a beautiful showroom, friendly people and a huge selection of new and used vehicles. Our experience was excellent working with JD to buy a newer truck. He handled everything throughout the process, never passed us off to anyone else and was fun to sit and visit with while waiting for our paperwork. He's definitely an asset. Never thought I would say this, but it was enjoyable buying a vehicle. Highly recommend!! 🙂
