Great Service, as usual!

I purchased a new Cruze in 2011. I have always been happy with the staff at Karl's and have purchased 2 cars from them in the last 5 years and until we moved, always had service done there as well. We moved to Texas about 1 1/2 yrs ago and I haven't been happy with the Chevy dealership service locally. I decided to come back to Ankeny to visit family, so brought car in to have it checked out. Lately I have noticed a strong burning oil smell. It used to be just when I ran the heat, but rarely do that in TX. They checked over car and advised that I have 3 areas that the oil is leaking. I had them fix the main 'problem area' that is causing the oil smell, but the other 2 issues were pricey and after talking with them about options, I chose not to fix. I have to say that Karl's is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with, but I doubt that I buy another Chevy. I have 65000 miles on my Cruze, have had it serviced regularly, and it has 3 oil leaks, totally $1900 in repairs ---- at 65000 miles?? I plan to sell it and buy something, other than a Chevy. It's sad because I love my Cruze, but I have had 4 or 5 water pumps replaced, and now 3 oil leaks in 65000 miles. That is just not acceptable. Now that I am out of warranty, I can't justify keeping a car that has already had so many issues. Thank you Karl's for 6 years of GREAT service!!

The staff at the Ankeny branch of Karl Chevrolet collision center handled my claim quickly and efficiently! Derek assessed the damage and worked with my insurance company to insure everything was covered. I received phone calls if there were questions. I also received follow-up calls to make sure the vehicle was working well and making sure I was a satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend these people to assist anyone with their repair needs.

Everything was handled professionally.

I have made my dealership. I did lose my salesman but after a year of looking for one that I feel comfortable with, I believe I have. The customer care is second to none.

Satisfied customer

I have enjoyed buying a new vehicle and having it professionally serviced at Karl's dealership. They work hard to keep my vehicle in top condition and have proved this many times.
