Huge shoutout to my car advisor, Tom. He is very knowledgeable at his job and kept me updated about the repairs done on my car. He was very understanding about my situation and was able to get me a loaner. As well as Richie, the manager, who was able to work with my insurance in order to get the repair done. They definitely are a great team at this location and I recommend them for any car services you may need.

I did a service inspection on my 2023 GLC 300 today.
I did a service inspection on my 2023 GLC 300 today. Service department amazing. My technician Jay, amazing. Was offered a loaner while I waited , just top notch care. My vehicle was ready in a couple of hours. This was fast for a Saturday. And of course I saw my salesman Shamier who made extra sure I was getting TLC.
