Write a reviewMy son and I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger from Macova Auto Group. From the day we took delivery, the vehicle had a check engine light and ongoing mechanical issues. Despite several attempts to have the problems resolved, we were unable to reach a satisfactory solution. We filed a small claims case in El Paso County Justice Court, and after hearing the evidence, the court entered judgment in our favor, awarding us $3,775 for the service contract/warranty and transportation expenses we incurred. The vehicle itself still requires repairs. We also filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Enforcement Division. In Case No. 26-0004777, the investigator informed us that the investigation found evidence of possible violations related to laws and rules regulated by the TxDMV. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I encourage anyone buying a used vehicle from Macova Auto Group to obtain an independent inspection, carefully review all warranty and service contract documents, and keep detailed records of every communication and repair.

Liars and unable to tell the truth. One says one thing and the other says another. Sad that the owner is not paying attention and allows this to happen.

xxxxing crooks.Do not buy from this dealership,if you do you will regret that you did,they will not negotiate with you at all ,and want buyer to pay for tires on a new vehicle.

Overall excellent customer service, and inventory. Loved many of the cars, couldn't decide which to chose from. Ended up buying a Range Rover Evoque, very few in El Paso for this price. Love my suv and love Macova Auto Group!!

Looking to buy w/ cash 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe, 15,000 miles/$24,000. Communicated with Manuel Reyes, Cynthia Pedroza and another person claiming to be owner. Automobile was NOT available as scheduled with salespeople. Very little or NO customer parking. Walked into showroom, asked for Cynthia and they did NOT welcome or offer me a seat. Waited 15 minutes and told the auto NOT in the premises as promised because interior dashboard was being replaced until a week later. Cynthia attempted to show me another vehicle (bait and switch). This place has very little integrity and professionalism. These people should be selling salvage cars on Alameda Street . BEWARE with this dealership!

One of the worst dealerships. Never sent me the plates for my new car, after I called for 3 weeks saying they were in the way. It took 30 days for them to mail in the money for my trade in ... will never go here again...

I saw the evo in the cars and trucks magazines that are free, but with the cars.com app I saw the car again that was more detailed and the multiple pictures helped Even more plus I found out the car is a stick Along with an automatic transmission which is really cool.
