Very nice and willing to help you out with what you are expecting in your payment. This is the second car I have gotten from Norm Reeves and the second time was best

Still a little disappointed with two separate instances...

Still a little disappointed with two separate instances when I asked for and paid for a tire rotation and it wasn’t completed. Not good business. But overall, I believe most service advisors and technicians are good honest people. Thank you Norm Reeves Honda.

Terrence Espiritu and Erick Reyes did a Great Job

Terrence Espiritu worked with us through the internet sales and responded to all questions and concerns and was very helpful with the sale of this new vehicle. With the current health threats, we wanted to keep social distance and did not want to come into the dealship. Erick Reyes delivered the new 2019 CRV-EX to our home in Riverside and was did a great job helping us complete the required sales contracts and fully explained all of the new controls for this new CRV which was very helpful.

Excellent service with a wonderful attitude

I got the perfect car for me. The salesperson, Mr. Mesquita, listened to my needs and knew exactly what I would like. I was extremely happy with the care and experience I received. I would definitely recommend as a great experience in the sometimes very difficult world of buying cars.

I would recommend this dealership for most services. Whe i started pricing what i needed done i talked to 3 different people and got 3 different prices. It made me feel like i couldnt trust your dealership. All things considered i ended up going with you but it felt like pulling teeth to get prices.
