I had quite a few maintenance repairs done on my car which required Willis Auto to have my car for a few days. They were great on keeping me in the loop on my repairs and provided me with a very nice loaner. I really appreciate the extra mile Laurie Kramper went to keep me a happy customer!

Exemplary service
We were able to buy more of a car than we had expected. Our salesman even walked me through getting a minor defect repaired when I discovered it a couple of weeks after the sale. Will recomment to anyone looking for a bew or used car.

Super Experience Overall!
Staff was very helpful. we were given a loaner car of same model as our new qx60 to drive and do Christmas shopping while our car was getting its first service. (We are from out of state, so loaner was very important to us) All I can say is "It was a super experience".

Great service and preventive maintenance report.
Routine service appointment but the Willis people don't treat it like a routine - inspection, PM report and wash while I waited.
