I was vastly overcharged and their findings were totally
I was vastly overcharged and their findings were totally unfounded. The codes the have us were not the codes we found before my car went to them and are not the codes we found today. They wanted to replace the motor for $14,000 instead of fixing the real problem and they charged over$900 to tell me these ridiculous findings. I have it being fixed as we speak

I bought my last vehicle and my current vehicle from Coulter Infiniti. Continue to go to Coulter for all of my car maintenance needs despite it being 15 miles from my home. So I think that speaks volumes as to my comfort level and satisfaction of the service there.

As usual, Scott did an excellent job helping us with getting repairs and service on our Infiniti G35. He is very helpful, took care of arranging a full inspection and going over, in detail, what our options were. Videos of faulty suspension components were provided. They also have mechanics who specialize in the older models. I don?t trust any other shop to work on it.
