Jose was great to coordinate and set up an appointment

Jose was great to coordinate and set up an appointment for service. Jose really was concerned about the date and time for valet service and the convenience to us. The young lady who picked up and returned our QX-60 was very courteous and professional. Again, kudos to the service department and Coulter for another great experience.

My service rep Toby always handles all of my questions, concerns, and issues fantastically. The dealership is waiting area allows for personal work to get done. They provide drinks and snacks. The sales rep also keep you up to date on options with your vehicle.

Toby and staff was excellent thus far but the reason for

Toby and staff was excellent thus far but the reason for auto having to be towed back in the same day was because after initial repair for my AC repair I picked up car was super cleaned and staff was excellent but then I drove vehicle home and as I was parking the malfunction sensor for the Power Steering malfunctioned in dash and I lost complete control of steering wheel it just spun around not moving tires and I almost crashed into my car port which to me is a major Safety issue that should never happen the fact it did not fail on a busy street or highway is a miracle did not incur injury or death which has now caused me severe anxiety regarding the profomance of my vehicle in the prevention of this to ever be able to happen again. I will call consumer affairs now as in the past 2 plus years more then I would ever dream of this car has spent.more time in getting repaired and has had almost every repair imaginable. I am not please with Nissan Infiniti products this far with my first purchase and feel this car is a complete lemon. I have no faith my complaint will be taken into account and I am stuck with a car that keeps breaking down and I still own over 15k in payments which by now my car is worthless due to said repairs. Im not pleased with that at all. should never happen which I lost all control of the Steering of wheel. I called Infinti Road side and they towed it 5 miles and I had to pay only $11 for the Tow The idea of this even failing on the highway would have caused serious accident or even God forbid a fatally to my self or others. The incident has caused me alot of anxiety of the Safety of my vehicle. I will be calling consumer affairs to report this and the multitude of repairs my vehicle has endured in the last 2 plus years.
