I got my brand new QX60 from Coulter Infiniti last year
I got my brand new QX60 from Coulter Infiniti last year and it was a great experience. I absolutely love my service manager, Scott. He takes great care of me and if I have any issues with anything, Scott and all the staff work hard to resolve it. I love the GM and all the managers there also! You can trust what they say because they keep their word and that?s hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family. I?ve had my SUV now for 14 months and they are still extremely helpful and always friendly!

Came in for first service after leasing the vehicle new
Came in for first service after leasing the vehicle new in March 2025. We picked up the vehicle, ran a few errands, then while parked in the garage at home, noticed there was oil leaking from the bottom of the vehicle. They sent someone out to our home immediately to clean up the oil, turns out the drain plug had not been properly seated. This was addressed and there was no more leaking after the technician?s visit.
