Had all new tires installed on 7/6/26 for close to $2,000. Got a nail in one of the tires about four days later, oh well, bad luck. Ryan in service said that the tire is covered under warranty for a year even for nails, so he told me to bring the car in on 7/13/26 first thing in the morning and they will replace the tire; told me they will have the tire at the end of the day on 7/10/26. Unfortunately, when I get there on 7/13/26, Ryan tells me that they do not have the tire in stock and will have to order it, despite telling me the week before that they would have the tire. Also, they did not have any loaner cars available for me to get home with, so I have to drive the car back home with a leaking tire. So now we have to make a third trip to the dealership (about 10 miles) to fix this problem. You would think good customer service (as it says on their website they strive for excellent customer service) would be to call me in advance and tell me the tire had not arrived yet, and also to waive the mounting and balancing charge of $82 for the replacement tire due to their screw up of not having the tire in the shop when they said they would. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

DO NOT take or buy a vehicle here!!!!! If could select 0 stars, I would. Bought a certified BMW here (2 years old lease). Every door has rust issues on the bottom of the door. I was not aware of when purchasing….should have looked closer. But it was a certified BMW. I would have thought they would catch rust before listing it as certified. The sale rep (Pun) was awesome and very helpful…wish she would go to BMW of North Milwaukee. Any who, talk to Tim the sale manager. Very rude and condescending. Told me he wasn’t sure if I just wasn’t a nice person. Very unprofessional no empathy. Asked me to come up with solutions. Sorry that is your job not mine. Horrible customer service…no idea how he got or maintains his job. It appears to be a manufacture build issue which should be covered by my OEM warranty. Working with BMW of North Milwaukee to address this issue. If you want to buy or service a BMW in Milwaukee go to BMW of North Milwaukee!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY from International Autos!!!!!

Their estimate to remove and replace broken cylinder head bolts that they may have broken was $2,900.00. I had the BMW transported to the BMW dealer in Madison and the found only one bolt broken and replaced for $990.00. Initially International Auto were to check the source of an oil leak. Around 8 weeks before they had to remove the valve cover and gasket to replace what we use to call the PVC valve. They were to check if that was the source of the leak, If that was the source there would be no inspection fee of $289.00. They never got down to that area because the "found " the broken bolts and charged me the $289.00. I stopped payment on that $289.00 charge and they did not contest. In my opinion More often bolts are broken from over tightening than just breaking on their own

It was a pleasant experience working with them. I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet but they are very helpful in my search.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. First, they won’t accept certified checks for payment. Red flag already. Second, made a deal with “JJ” the manager for a used car the night before. Because they won’t accept certified checks, they require a wire transfer. Side note: they stupidly emailed the wire instructions, which is highly susceptible to interception and fraud (never email wire instructions). Went the next morning to the bank to set up the wire and called to confirm the wire instructions and the final price, and JJ came back reverting to the list price of the car PLUS a made-up fee (which was never mentioned previously) increasing their side of the bargain by $1,450.00 over the night before. When asked if the fee was required by WI state law, JJ admitted it was not but explained that “they charge that fee on every deal” (aka, we rip everyone off equally). TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A MORE REPUTABLE DEALER.

went for an oil change on my Alfa Romeo recently. last year paid around 200 dollars for it. They increased the price to over 350 dollars. Their reply was everything went up. Upon getting my car found out that warning light for oil change is still on. Manager told me since you did not get any other work done it is not included. How ridiculous. All my life it is included in the oil change. Stay away from this dealership. Greedy and innappropriate people.
