This is going to be my third time going to this service department. I can’t say it’s the worst nor the best. This company can get better and I know they do read these post. When customer write a good or bad post. They do get rated and sometimes it’s hard to judge the advisor because they can’t control when you can get your car back. The only thing we can do is trust the service company. I had my fair share of the worst issues with this company the lies the verbal abuse the disrespect I can go on and on. The first person you see is the service advisor those are the ones you rely on when you car is in the shop. So far for me two out of the three really didn’t care about their customers. The second knew about my situation from earlier and communicated with me until the end. When you feel you’re getting nowhere with your advisor you can call customer relations or talk to the next person above them. Well I stated my facts for what Bret S. said to me who was my service advisor. I have the facts what he said and when I tried to talk to the assistant service manager Chris B he just ignored me. At the end of the day I got my vehicle back but it took almost three months. They did provide a rental for the time I didn’t have the vehicle and I didn’t have to pay for that nor pay for the service done for the my car. It took the service manage Dave E. to fix all the issues I had to deal with and he did apologize for the experience I had with there service department. If you’re asking yourself why go to a place where you’re disrespected. I purchased the ESP warranty when I got the vehicle and it save me a lot of money. Unfortunately when I bought this car I didn’t know the amount of known issues it had and the recalls. Dave I appreciate you honesty compassion for customer service especailly going above and beyond to help me and I do apologize that some of your staff members act like they don’t care and I’m sure after reading this some adjustments can be made or better educated on customer service.

Wow! They picked up my mom's car for oil change and a blower motor for ac. EXTREMELY Poor customer service. I called this morning and the guy said it just needed oil change. It's 5 pm now and they still have the car. One WORD...DONT!!! They won't call us back. No communication whatsoever

EXTREMELY poor customer service. No communication. Lack of respect toward customers. No more purchases through you. An oil change doesnt warrant keeping a car an entire dry! And, we still don't have our car back.you have had it 2 days now. Ugh.
Went in for purchase of a new F150. Sales agent was new. After a few hours having our reviewed, and finally settling on a model. Was told that Ford only offers a military discount to veterens. But only to resent discharged Vets. We left feeling insulted. On a previous attempt to purchase a vehicle, was told we didn't make enough money. That was in 2021. We bought an Expedition elsewhere same year. We will never return. Even though this dealer is local.

I tried to buy a car based on advertised price on internet. They claimed no responsibility for web ad. Refused to honor price. They know what they are doing. Pretty darned close to fraud and bait and switch tactics.

Visited this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. It literally took them 2 days to do this service. Also needed was a software update. So they kept my truck 2 days and nights for this simple services. They have poor customer service as well as charging credit card fee for using your credit card to pay with. This dealership is close to my house however I will drive to another Ford dealership for service. Not recommended.

Please do not EVER bring your vehicle here for service. They will find every excuse in the book to block you from having quality service OR overcharge you. Our 2018 Ford Escape had less than 75k miles on it when the engine suffered catastrophic failure due to a known issue with 1.5L EcoBoost engines. At least.. that is what two independent mechanics said. Both refused to touch it and stated that it needed to be brought to a Ford Dealership because the engine was under recall. My mother in law had the exact same situation, and Ford replaced her engine as well as provided a rental. She highly recommended Mac Haik, so we trusted and valued her opinion. We chose to bring our vehicle there and thought nothing of it. After a nightmarish experience with service advisor Heidi, wherein the first communication we had with her was that she claimed the engine was not under recall but was "starved of oil", and that the vehicle was sitting where it was parked waiting for me to pick it up, and no one had called to inform us, we had enough. 2 independent mechanics didn't catch this supposed oil leak. She claimed "there would be oil leaking onto your driveway" then backtracked and said.. actually, it has a cover under it, so probably would be unnoticeable. When I mentioned the vehicle never had any indication of low oil or even needing an oil change (it was regularly maintenanced) she stated that would be an issue to take up with my mechanic as "it was an internal leak and that was on them". After passing the buck to my trusted mechanic, I confronted him and requested service records. My mechanic confirmed that we NEVER had an oil leak and the issue was the coolant intrusion that the EcoBoost engine is known for. Ford sold us a defective engine and their service department refused to repair it under the recall. When I came to Mac Haik Ford with my mother and husband, Dave, the manager, told us he would do everything he could for us. We had an aftermarket extended warranty as well. After they submitted this claim, they still refused to assist us and stated that our only option was to purchase a new engine for $10,000. After over a month of having our Ford Escape, we finally brought it home and were forced to pay $155 for their inspection of the vehicle. Oh but don't worry! Our NEW service advisor, Cory, told us that if we gave him 5 stars he'd give us our money back! Guaranteed! I'd rather eat the cost of the charge than lie to consumers and lead another poor victim to this service department. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We bought a new car already, but others may not be as fortunate.

We purchased a used 2020 Chevy Colorado Z71 from Roy M. Sept 2024 we noticed in paperwork the truck had failed vehicle inspection in Aug and ask Roy on 3 different times during sale he stated "Yes!! Truck was sent through a full inspection & it has passed inspection or we could not sell truck" so we completed the purchase paperwork only to find out a week later Roy called us back asking us to get inspection done cause the dealership could not get tags for is without passed inspection.(we feel lied to about this), Also the rear end of truck is making a loud humming/grinding noise took it to Chevy dealership which have told us the rear differential is bad!!! We have only had the truck starting on our 3rd week!!! Waste of over 31k for a Lemon I would NOT recommend this dealership or salesman unless you like the HASSLES
