The owner was almost too trusting - a sign he isn’t cheating so he doesn’t expect other people to be cheating either.

Few minor repairs needed on the appearance of the lot but all that doesn't matter when Paul the owner was so nice and courteous to me. He took his time and did not pressure me even though at the time I was just browsing. If I choose to buy this lot will be my first stop.
