Have had nothing but problems with the service

Have had nothing but problems with the service department. From over booking appointments to lack of follow up. Now after reaching out about them not calling me back I find they incorrectly put in my millage which will make it difficult to sell if not corrected. One can't think it was intentional after the service manager was the one to check off on the completed work.

I brought my 2018 Toyota RAV4 Limited to this dealership

I brought my 2018 Toyota RAV4 Limited to this dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. Their service department noted “pad shift” and “pad slapped” brakes but failed to mention that the front brake pads were the wrong size — a serious safety hazard. Weeks later, I discovered the pads were too small for the calipers, which could have caused complete brake failure if they had worn down just a little more. When I called the service manager to express my concern, he refused to take accountability and tried to claim he had warned me. But nowhere on the invoice does it say “wrong size brake pads” or that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Their language was vague and dismissive of a potentially fatal issue. I’ve since replaced the brake pads myself, and thankfully avoided a dangerous situation. But I expected better from a certified Toyota dealership. If this had happened to someone less experienced or less lucky, it could’ve ended in a crash — or worse. This level of negligence is unacceptable. If you’re trusting them with your safety or the condition of your vehicle, I recommend getting a second opinion.

Avoid these dishonest scam artists.

Avoid these dishonest scam artists. As per the pic, I was texted an offer from Dustin of $21,000 plus tax for a 4runner only to drive nearly an hour away and have them attempt to charge me over $30,000. Then tried to negotiate somewhere in the middle! I have never experienced such a weird snaky tactic. I mean there it is in writing at $21,000! That was supposed to be the deal, plus my trade in. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Service department is unbelievably bad.

Service department is unbelievably bad. We waited for almost 3 hours for an oil change appointment. And they tried to convince us we needed to spend $295 on a new tire because we hada nail in the side wall which could not be patched. Luckily we were so pissed they took so long that we decided to take it somewhere else for the tire... it turns out, the nail was in the tread and could be patched for free!!! Also worth mentioning we didn't have an issue with tore pressure until after we left the dealership...

LOVE MY NEW (TO ME) CAR!

LOVE MY NEW (TO ME) CAR! There I was, a father of a 16 year old needing her first car.. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Yehor.. First off, Yehor is great, he was a member of the US Olympic figure skating team, so he had interestingly cool stories (yes, cool was a pun) Anyway.. He showed me an absolutely GORGEOUS Subaru Outback.. it was 9 years old, and had high mileage, but it had obviously been treated extremely well during it's life . It was PERFECT, looks great, drives great..I personally fell in love with it. So now my daughter gets MY car, which is newer and has much less mileage, and I am keeping the Outback.. TRUE LOVE CANT BE DENIED!!!! Thanks to The entire sales and finance team of Victory!

Thieves and liars.

Thieves and liars.Every negative stereotype involving auto dealerships is on display by the Victory Toyota staff. From the sales staff to the service department and including parts and finance. Management needs to be terminated, starting with the GM and sales manager. Snakes and weasels.

Warning!

Warning! Warning! Warning! This place is a scam! Usually when you drive in sales person won’t leave you alone in other places, well this place you gotta go after the sales person to show you cars even then they do don’t want to show you! After i selected a car he was in a hurry to sale it to me when i asked can you ask the manager the last price he started insulting me that he does not own the dealer he doesn’t own the car, then showing me some quotes from a unknown source of the car price that shows a new car price for a old used car and asks me what more do you want. Every dealer has a wiggle space, so i agreed and asked him whats all the other add on and told him i don’t need it he then says it’s mandatory when i got up to leave he makes wait acting like his talking to his manager instead his flirting with a girl and coming back saying nope when i said no he start saying have you ever bought a car oh how many cars have you bought and all other b.s! Now i read all the reviews and i understand everyone that goes to the dealer experience this hostile environment!
