The Christmas Gift
I wanted to buy a Volvo for my wife as a Christmas gift but my credit union would not allow me to purchase without her signature. This defeated the purpose of surprising her. However, Sal, the saleman drove the car to our home on Christmas day so my wife could see her gift and "be surprised". That gesture in addition to her new car was more than we expected. Great personal customer service.

LEMONS
nice cars online, not so nice in person, went to see Jeep SRT8 with poor paint job, dented rims, and big oil leak, for a super high price.... horrible dealer said "theres a sucker born every minute"
