Our contact, Luis, was knowledgeable and patient and responsive when I would text. Overall it was a great experience. We specifically asked for the gas cap area to be cleaned - and it wasn’t. And I’m surprised the oil wasn’t changed before we brought the car home.

I had lots of communication online from CarMax at every stage of the process. The car was exactly what I had requested, the purchasing process was straightforward. I am still waiting for the car title. There is no lien.
