Top-Notch Service

My husband took my car in for a diagnostic test and an oil change. Two possible problems were diagnosed and then taken care of. The waiting area at AW is comfortable with oversized chairs, reading materials, a TV, computer & wi-fi access plus a choice of coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as fresh fruit and water. The staff are accommodating and helpful.

Anderson Weber Toyota - Dubuque IA

I have done business with Anderson-Weber Toyota since April of 2008 when I purchased my new truck. I have always gotten good service. It can be very costly. What I mean about that is I recently took it in for a "tune-up" that was going to cost $200 (did not include oil change, checking alignment, rotating tires which is usually part of the "tune-up" as I have that done elsewhere now because of convenience) so felt it was a little high because of not having that done. I refused fuel system cleaning at $145, Brake fluid change at $110 and Frt nd Center Diff - $220, which would have brought the bill to around $700.00. It seems extreme. I was also very confused by the new way of checking in. It appears that only one person can do that now. Don't know what that is all about. I would also like it if the service advisor would explain the bill before paying it. Instead the bill is sent to the front desk where the bill is paid. I typically do not look at the bill until after getting home. The bottom line is that I have been treated well over the last 5 1/2 years and have always gotten good service. The above are just a few thoughts that I always have in the back of my mind. I also had the vehicle "detailed" while it was there. Wow, VERY SATISFIED. Truck looks like new inside and out.

We do have Dick Sherman who will come out to your vehicle to assist in checking in, but if he is not available, you can come into the service office, and check in directly with your Service Advisor. Also, if you ever have any questions about your bill, or would like to have it reviewed with you, we would be more than happy to accommodate. Our Service Advisors like to ensure that every customer knows exactly what is going on with their vehicle and what work was done on it. Great Service

I recently bought a used vehicle from Anderson Weber Toyota in Dubuque, Iowa. It was a very good experience. I had been looking for a used 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner with less than 100,000 miles, in my price range, and close to where I live, which is in North Dakota. I became aware of a 2001 Toyota 4Runner with 77,xxx miles for sale at Anderson Weber, via the Internet. I am a conservative and cautious person by nature, so I was a little hesitant when considering this vehicle. Being as it was a Toyota dealership, I believed the vehicle would be accurately described and the price fair. I had some questions about the 4Runner and the salesperson, Otis, answered them honestly, accurately, and promptly. I put a deposit on the vehicle and flew out on a Friday to pick it up. Otis picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. I checked out the vehicle, filled out the paperwork, and was on my way. I drove the 4Runner 700 miles back to North Dakota without any problems. Without reservation, I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Anderson Weber Toyota. Otis, the salesperson, was courteous, professional, honest, and sincere throughout the experience. The vehicle is what I expected and was accurately described.

Service

I have taken my previous cars here for service and the employees have always been so incredibly nice and helpful. That has not changed at all as I took my new car in for an oil change today and was greeted with smiles and wonderful service!

Used Car Purchase

I just purchased a used car from Anderson-Weber and am very satisfied. I went there to test drive an Avalon, but decided it wasn't the right car for me. I did leave my name and number and Otis called me promptly when the car I did end up buying was traded in. He was very helpful and quick to assist. The buying process went very smoothly and I got a great deal. I would definitely do business with them again and will specifically go through Otis.

Awesome sales people

We have bought 4 cars from Anderson Weber. They have always worked well with us and have always given us a fair deal. You can get your car fixed there for decent rates. You can get oil changes at cheaper rates when buying a car there. All of their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for my car.

Service

I have two Toyota vehicles and have had this dealership service them for a couple of years. (Didn't live in the area when I purchased them). They have been very friendly, accommodating, and thorough. In the future I will purchase my Toyota's from them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Excellent Service Dept

Quality customer service is obviously paramount at Anderson Weber. The work is described and cost estimated accurately. Service/repairs are done well and in a timely fashion. A loaner car was provided which was really appreciated. Facilities are great from the drive up entry to the waiting room. They are truly customer oriented.
