I did not end up buying the car , I did test drive it thoug, however great experience with the sales staff, small family owned business , who I felt were honest and upfront . There was no pressure to put me in a car I was not completely satisfied with . I continue to keep an eye on their inventory because of this.

Joe, the salesman was great. Very helpful,informative and obliging. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not as impressive.

I never saw the vehicle...bought it on line..and through conversation. Phil is one great guy ..he checked the vehicle .told me what needed to be done...did all the paperwork...very professional.

I definitely would suggest not dealing with this particular auto organization as they were extremely rude on the phone with their customer service. Was interested as a potential customer to purchase a vehicle and was treated rudely on the phone when dealing with the salesman. Everyone has different experiences and as a potential customer you would think that you would be treated with respect because they want to earn your business, not this company they completely suck and need to train their employees to treat potential customers better - word of mouth is powerful and I assure you I will be spreading the word on my experience.

This car dealer is shady the guys that run it do not answer questions about the cars, and when confronted with the car fax they pretend to know nothing about it. I would not recomend this place, when dealing with you they speak another language so you don't know what is happening.

Found a great price on a car online and went out there to see it. Often that means that the car is in bad shape or the price is actually higher when you get there, but not here. I couldn’t find a thing wrong with the vehicle and history was spotless. The service was good too. Eric was very friendly and helpful. He advised me away from high rate financing which would’ve tacked on more money upfront. All the fees were standard. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was inquiring about a 1997 BMW 328i, and some of their pictures are blurry. I kindly requested for better quality pictures. They responded to me by saying I needed to hire someone to look at it. In my opinion, I do not think I need to spend more money, and higher a mechanic to send me more photos, so I asked again for pictures. Their response to me was, "no". It is very disappointing that someone who does car sales as a job, is less professional, and more rude at answering/responding emails than a college student.

My business here was awesome came there after seeing there listing for a ford mustang was able to see the car open it up had no problems with the dealer he was a greay guy let use take it for a test drive the car ran great was able to buy it that day and even though we had insurance problem he was an understanding guy let use leave the car there wile we got that settled and was able to get the car later that week i love this place im recommending this place to anyone i know who needs a used car!!!

Although I didn't buy a used car from Union Auto Sales, my experience dealing with the sales dept was good. I thought they represented the car fair without any "fluff"
