Service Department Sucks
I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee on June 1st, with an appointment, for a warranty repair on the engine since it's knocking like a tractor. I wasn't told there were going to be any delays. I waited for 4 days without hearing anything and not seeing any movement on my Jeep (GPS tracking, etc.) Sent a text message but received no response. When I got a response I was told there is a delay and my Jeep would be worked on the following week but I'd need a service receipt from the previous dealership. So I emailed them the receipt and was then told that it's "is in line to be torn down for inspection with an engine technician. As soon as I have an update I will let you know" I was patient and waited until the 21st before I then again, couldn't get a response via text so I drove to the dealership for some answers. I was told it would realistically be three weeks before someone would get to it. So I asked if I could take the Jeep back and it was agreed that it should be fine and they will call me with a time to bring it in. Here we are almost 5 weeks later, two months after making an appointment that I still have a knocking Jeep. They still can't give me an estimate on when I can bring my Jeep back in for service. I asked about loaners and they don't have any either. What a waste of time and a waste of my summer waiting to get the Jeep fixed. I had plans to go camping but I don't trust the reliability of the Jeep to do so. This is unacceptable and the worst experience I've ever had at a Jeep dealership.

Terrible service
Terrible customer service in the service department. I needed new tires and assumed going to a dealership would be the best option. I did not go back to the one I purchased my Jeep from because it is a much longer drive to Olympia. A huge mistake because they have always done right by me. The tires were not delivered when scheduled, I wasn’t told about it until I went down to drop my vehicle off. I had taken the day off for this. After the woman at the desk became argumentative, I was ready to walk out. However, the tires had already been taken off of my Jeep! After two weeks my tires finally came in. The service is terrible here. It was all excuses and no real help. I will never use this Jeep dealership again.

Discussed buying a truck with the Dustin, Internet Sales Manager. I sent him the vehicle price quoted on the website via screenshot. The offer he gave me was more than the listed price on his own site, and did not take into account their own dealership discount. He quoted incentives as the difference, when it is clear it was how own website! I then asked for invoice so we can have a real, honest discussion about the truck. He stated: “ invoice is irrelevant “ and “it’s priced with the market”…basically saying he doesn’t really care about his own quoted price on his own internet site! Shady tactics and dishonest conversation. Go somewhere where tell the truth

Rude and dishonest!!
I set up a appointment to get new tires for my car a month in advance, dropped off my car the night before and went to bed. I was woken up by a phone call in the morning where the lady told me that I never picked out tires so they need to know what I wanted. I told her that I wanted the ones that I picked out that would be a total of $600. She was very rude and said that she has emailed me 6 times (I have no email in my spam or inbox) and the cheapest tires I could get was $800!! Of course I left the print out at work so I couldn't show her. I feel like this was a good old bate and switch! But to top it off she was very rude about it. I would go pick up my car but my tires are so bald it would not be safe for me to drive. I will not be coming back here ever again, I have been a loyal customer and have bought 2 trucks and 2 jeeps from them. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Totally unreliable. Irresponsible. Rude and absolutely bad sales representatives and manager. Never do business with these folks. One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the price of the Chrysler 300 2018 car on the official website and after I made all the effort to talk to the sales guy and manager and drove an hour and a half to get the car, they told me they marked the price wrong. Like seriously. I called the an hour before I went in. Also, they said 18000 the 1 was mistakenly marked as 1 instead of 2. Come on man. Even if that was true, the new car isn't the same price, leave the pre-owned we were trying to see. I spent my afternoon driving to the location. After the manager told me they marked the price wrong and they now can sell only for 5k more, the manager was extremely rude and spoke about how they can choose to not sell the car. Like seriously, I was just accepting an apology for all the time I wasted making all the effort. Is that how you treat your customers. Extremely bad. Please be very cautious doing business with them. Very very displeased and disappointed.

Unfortunately, the car I was interested in was purchased the same day I had called. I originally spoke with Tabitha (who made me feel welcome) and Jimmy was extremely friendly to deal with and was very professional. Whoever is in charge of training is doing a great job!

Great Dealership with no pressure!
Dustin at Enumclaw Dodge is awesome! He was very patient, informative and zero pressure. He and the other folks at ECJD were very competitive on my trade value and pricing on a new Scat Pack Charger. In the end we were about $900 apart from a deal and I did not purchase but that was not due to their lack of effort, sometimes the deal just doesn’t make sense for both parties after all it is a business and they have a bottom line to meet as well. In any case if you are looking for a great deal with great folks who are competitive, honest and zero pressure do yourself a favor and head to Enumclaw and ask for Dustin. If there is a deal to be made, I am confident they will take care of you.
