Fast and Easy. The buying process was great. I had an issue with my vehicle and took it to the service department (brand new car). I was not happy with thier work. I had to bring the vehicle back for the same issue within 4 days of the first repair.

My first point of contact, service writer for some reason dropped the ball! I contacted dealership the next day to find out this employee was not in. I drive a fleet truck and you need to call leasing co. for a P.O.# I was assisted by different service advisor and he did get the job done, need to pay closer attention to customer needs, each one is different. Thank You

i made a request that the work be done early so i could get home and pick up my kids from school. They honored my request and and completed repairs in plenty of time. i was impressed.
